Biography

Giray Oral, possessed a Bachelor degree in Economics Department from Bilkent University with comprehensive scholarship and also completed a Bachelor of Laws as a second undergraduate degree at Yalova University, allows to be admitted to Istanbul Bar Association as a lawyer in Türkiye. With more than 14 years of extensive experience at finance sector, Giray Oral has taken role in financing and developing of the significant projects in various sectors including energy, infrastructure and real estate through project, structured, corporate and acquisition finance at banking and also investor sides. In 2021, Giray Oral joined Ronesans Holding as Project Finance Director and is responsible for structuring project and corporate finance solutions for the various investments of Ronesans Holding, especially in energy and infrastructure sectors.
