Innovation in Renewable Energy Research
Abstract
Countries have become increasingly aware of the importance of innovation in renewable energy technologies in order to achieve more value-added economic activities and more investments in health, education, environment, etc. which will lead to a greater prosperity. Renewable energy domain is a critical sector where innovation becomes an essential ingredient in technology development and deployment. This keynote talk will introduce innovation as a primary tool in technology development and address the key issues faced during the development of deployment of renewable energy technologies. This is even more critical when 100% renewable energy is needed. New dimensions and directions will be introduced through numerous renewable energy technologies, systems and hence applications. A new perspective will be discussed under a combined solution of renewable and hydrogen energy technologies.
