AYTUĞ BERKAY YILMAZ

Biography

Aytuğ Berkay Yılmaz graduated from İstanbul Bilgi University in 2020 with a degree in Mechatronics Engineering. Following his graduation, he completed a one-year internship at Microsoft, where he worked on projects related to data. In 2021, he started working as the EU Projects Responsible at İZENERJİ A.Ş., a subsidiary of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality. He is serving as the project associate on behalf of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality within the scope of the “Climate Neutral and Smart Cities Mission,” one of the main missions carried out by the European Commission. Additionally, he is involved in preparing Horizon Europe projects in collaboration with stakeholders in İzmir. As of December 2022, he continues his role as the Chief of EU Projects Unit.
